Chef's Secret Tips
The details that cookbooks leave out — timing, textures, and generational tricks passed down over 20 years.
The Chef
Trained in Lyon. Rooted in Jerusalem.
"I learned precision in the bouchons of Lyon — where nothing is wasted and every detail matters. Then I brought that discipline home to Jerusalem."
Over two decades, I have catered Shabbat dinners, Pesach seders, and Rosh Hashana feasts for families across Israel and Europe. My roots are Ashkenazy — slow-cooked cholent, hand-rolled gefilte fish, sweet tsimmes — but my heart belongs equally to the Sephardic kitchen: fragrant couscous, lamb with preserved lemon, harira that fills a room.
Koshly was born to share what took me years to learn. Request any recipe — I will film it myself, walk you through every step, and send you everything you need.
